We are, however, more than happy to replace items for an item of lower or equal value! We can also offer the option of a 30% discount on your next order. A decision will be communicated based on the item.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please use the help bubble on the site or email us at info@essntialelemnts.com with the following information:

- Item you received that you would like to exchange
- New item that you would like to exchange for. (Screenshots from our site are preferable and approximately the same value!)

EXCHANGES ON ITEMS NOT SHIPPED
If you placed an order and chose the wrong item, or maybe selected the wrong quantity on accident! Reach out to us with the following information as fast as possible:

- The wrong item ordered
- Item you would like instead of the wrong item ordered.
