Note: most items are shipped directly from our US hub and usually take approximately 5 days. If an item is out of stock in the US, we will then ship your order from our international hub using the following methods:

  • Basic shipping takes an estimated 14 to 17 days and costs $9.99 for US and international shipping.
  • Eco insured standard shipping takes an estimated 9 to 14 days and costs $14.99 for US and international shipping.
  • Eco Insured Express shipping takes an estimated 7 to 9 days and costs $17.99 for US and international shipping.

Don't worry, if you're in a rush, we've got faster options available for you.

  • Our Eco International Insured Express shipping takes an estimated 3 to 5 days and costs $40 for US and international shipping.

On average, all items are delivered worldwide in approximately 15 days using standard shipping. Choose the shipping method that suits your needs, knowing that we're committed to reducing our carbon footprint every step of the way.
How do I return a product?

All sales on essntialelemnts.com or any store channels are final, refunds are not possible as we aim to reduce carbon footprint and waste associated with all of our activities including production and shipping.

We are, however, more than happy to replace items for an item of lower or equal value! We can also offer the option of a 30% discount on your next order. A decision will be communicated based on the item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
