1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. Once processed, your order will be shipped out according to the shipping method selected during checkout.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
The delivery time for your order is based on the shipping method selected and your location. Most orders are expected to be delivered within 3 to 17 business days from the date of shipment (based on location).
SHIPPING:
- Free shipping on all orders of $80 or more
Note: most items are shipped directly from our US hub and usually take approximately 5 days. If an item is out of stock in the US, we will then ship your order from our international hub using the following methods:
- Basic shipping takes an estimated 14 to 17 days and costs $9.99 for US and international shipping.
- Eco Insured Standard shipping takes an estimated 9 to 14 days and costs $14.99 for US and international shipping.
- Eco Insured Express shipping takes an estimated 7 to 9 days and costs $17.99 for US and international shipping.
Don't worry, if you're in a rush, we've got faster options available for you.
- Our Eco Insured International Express shipping takes an estimated 3 to 5 days and costs $40 for US and international shipping.
On average, all items are delivered worldwide in approximately 12-15 days using standard shipping: this includes production and shipping. Choose the shipping method that suits your needs, knowing that we're committed to reducing our carbon footprint every step of the way.
3. Late Deliveries
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be instances where orders are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as high order volumes, natural disasters, or carrier issues. If your order is late, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
4. Late Order Compensation
For any order that is delivered later than the estimated delivery time, we offer a compensation of 30% off the customer's next order. To claim this compensation, please email us at info@essntialelemnts.com with details of the late delivery issue, including your order number.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. This allows you to track the progress of your order and receive real-time updates on its status.
6. International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Some countries may also require the customer's Tax ID.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
