When is my drip arriving?

MADE TO ORDER: We believe in minimizing waste and maximizing quality. Each item is crafted as soon as you place your order, ensuring that every piece is created with care and consideration.

  • Production typically takes 3 to 5 days, and your order will be shipped as soon as your bespoke item is ready.

SHIPPING:

  • Free shipping on all orders of $80 or more
  • Basic shipping takes an estimated 14 to 17 days and costs $9.99 for US and international shipping.
  • Eco insured standard shipping takes an estimated 9 to 14 days and costs $14.99 for US and international shipping.
  • Eco Insured Express shipping takes an estimated 7 to 9 days and costs $17.99 for US and international shipping.

But don't worry, if you're in a rush, we've got faster options available for you.

  • Our Eco International Insured Express shipping takes an estimated 3 to 5 days and costs $40 for US and international shipping.

On average, all items are delivered worldwide in approximately 15 days using standard shipping: this includes production and shipping. Choose the shipping method that suits your needs, knowing that we're committed to reducing our carbon footprint every step of the way.
How do I return a product?

All sales on essntialelemnts.com or any store channels are final, refunds are not possible as we aim to reduce carbon footprint and waste associated with all of our activities including production and shipping.

We are, however, more than happy to replace items for an item of lower or equal value! We can also offer the option of a 30% discount on your next order. A decision will be communicated based on the item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please use the help bubble on the site or email us at info@essntialelemnts.com with the following information:

  • Order Number, or Full Name and Phone Number
  • Item you received that you would like to exchange
  • New item that you would like to exchange for. (Screenshots from our site are preferable and approximately the same value!)

EXCHANGES ON ITEMS NOT SHIPPED
If you placed an order and chose the wrong item, or maybe selected the wrong quantity on accident! Reach out to us with the following information as fast as possible:

  • The wrong item ordered
  • Item you would like instead of the wrong item ordered.

For quantity errors, we will verify the information provided and take the necessary steps to resolve the situation.
